Park Place B

An open contemporary feeling of a New York condominium was created by removing drywall partitions and soffits in the public living areas of this Park Place unit. Ductwork and sprinklers were relocated and false columns installed to provide the client with as much of an unobstructed view of the Atlanta skyline as possible. Dramatic white walls and high gloss white millwork along with ebony oak flooring was installed in the public living areas. Italian gray limestone finished the kitchen floor, bathrooms and balcony. The condominium’s natural finishes and open floor plan casts a feeling of simplistic elegance.
