905 Juniper

Coordination was the key to the build out of the Penthouse at 905 Juniper. The base building was being completed when Hogan started the project. In slab sleeve locations for plumbing, HVAC and electrical were critical to maintaining a consistent concrete slab surface for staining. A sound absorbing acoustical plaster ceiling and fabric wall panels were installed to demise sound bounced off the abundance of solid surfaces such as the ebony stained concrete floors, twenty foot exterior curtain wall, and millwork.

Stainless steel handrail contained the open mezzanine guest bedroom and bathroom. Motorized shades, stone steam room and state of the art home automation and lighting system completed this luxurious condominium.
