Chocolate Pink Cafe

For this design/build project, Hogan built out a two story specialty dessert shop and cooking school for Cousins Properties located in the 905 Juniper building. The café construction was comprised of a prep area, refrigerated retail displays, separate demonstration kitchen, and a unique customer eating area. A high level of coordination between the electrical and plumbing systems was required for preparation and refrigeration equipment.
